Here I go! Starting a blog! I'm joining forces with all the other bloggers out in cyberspace! How exciting!
Today is going to be a fun day. There are four children, ranging in age from 1 to 4. And I am in charge of them all!! Mwah-ha-ha!! So far, so good. A little apple juice, a box full of Little People, and we're good to go for about...oh... fifteen minutes or so!
Hoping to get some laundry and other cleaning done during the day... we'll see though. By the time nap time comes, I just might need one myself!
Tonight is one of those rare evenings that we have nothing planned. Imagine that! Three school-aged children and still nothing planned! It's the only evening this week that we are free to do what we want!
Of course, getting Will (8) to do his homework is going to take some time. It just might take the whole evening. If I start at 2:30 when he walks in the door... there's a much better chance of his one sheet of homework being done by 7. And you think I'm kidding? Nope. "Getting Will to do his homework" is a sport in my house. I'm not too good at it yet, but with constant practice I'm getting better.
Apparently, the Little People have been forgotten, and I now have 4 super heroes running around the living room! That's my cue to get off the puter and do my job!
Have a wonderful Tuesday!

Hi Tracy,
love your blog and good luck w/ the homework. Ryan had that problem through 1st & 2nd grade. Unfortunately I have no helpful tips for you. He eventually figured out on his own that if he just did it he could go play :)
Hi Tracy. It's good to see your blog. I have big homework battles every night with Brent, it drives me batty.
